Why this exists

Most of what you can find about the Pensacola market stops at “Pensacola.” It lumps Pace in with the beach, treats Gulf Breeze as one place when it is clearly two, and quotes a number that is six months old. If you are trying to decide between Milton and Navarre, that is useless.

So every month I pull the closed sales for each city, publish the same six numbers, and write a few honest paragraphs about what changed. No addresses, no cherry-picked comps. Just the market, city by city, with a date on it.

I am relocating to Pensacola myself. I have spent time on the ground and I am still learning the place, which is exactly why the numbers come first here and opinions come second.
